As lead marketing strategist for this title, I was tasked with planning a launch strategy for the book that would leverage the author’s owned channels, social content, a network of influencers to generate a strong debut on the Amazon platform.

Outcome

The book launched with strong sales and reviews, quickly rocketing into Amazon’s Top 10 of all books, where it eventually took the top spot for 2 straight weeks in 2019 (even beating out Michelle Obama’s memoir). The Big Book of Silly Jokes for Kids became one of Callisto Media’s best selling titles and is currently still ranked as #254 out of all books on Amazon nearly 2 years after publication.
